2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items (marked with final sale designation)
  • Custom-made or altered dresses
  • Flower girl dresses and kids’ formalwear (unless defective)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):

Exchange Process

For exchanges of the same item in a different size/color:
